On August 6, 2009, baby Benjamin Jon Gillio became the thousandth baby to be born at Special Beginnings Birth and Women's Center! A celebration was held on August 19, during which the family was presented with a $1000 US Savings Bond. The ceremony was attended by Special Beginnings staff, friends, legislators, and members of the press. We thank everyone who attended the celebration.
